Job Description
The IT Plant Support Analyst provides technical support for plant operations and corporate offices, ensuring IT systems and services meet performance and availability standards.
Responsibilities
Break/fix support for hardware, phones, and network‑connected equipment.
Coordinating and setting up executive meetings (conference room technology, Yealink systems).
Managing tickets, walk‑ins, and vendor relationships.
Performing audits (printers, conference rooms) and inventory management.
Supporting imaging, Autopilot, and Intune testing.
Travel between Green Bay and De Pere sites; must have own vehicle.
Comfortable working on ladders and scissor lifts in a manufacturing setting.
Work hours: 7 AM–4 PM, first shift; 100% onsite with occasional on‑call remote support.
Contract: 6 months with potential extension (previous contractor stayed 18 months).

Qualifications
2–3 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Familiarity with service management tools and documentation best practices.
Experience Level Intermediate Level
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $20.00–$25.00/hr.
