Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update item master records in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item attributes for new and existing parts.
Support quoting and order processes by ensuring timely part creation and data integrity.
Perform regular audits and data cleanup to maintain system accuracy.
Install, configure, and maintain Windchill PLM system to support engineering workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill-related issues; coordinate upgrades and patches.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on Windchill best practices.
Create and release new part numbers and BOMs in Windchill and NetSuite based on engineering change requests (ECR/ECO).
Collaborate with engineering, planning, and operations teams to ensure timely implementation of changes.
Support lifecycle management activities, including obsolescence planning and configuration control.
Assist with documentation and process improvements related to part setup and data management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in ERP and PLM administration (NetSuite and Windchill preferred).
Strong understanding of BOM structures, item master data, and engineering change processes.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, system configuration, and user support.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites and teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteTalk for NetSuite customization.
Familiarity with PTC Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.
Strong communication and training skills.
