Assistant Property Manager (Affordable)
Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Assistant Property Manager (APM) in Tampa, FL.
Location:
Cross Creek, 192‑unit residential community, Tampa, FL 33610.
Work Schedule:
Monday‑Saturday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, one‑hour lunch daily (schedule to be discussed during interview process).
Pay Range Base pay: $21.00/hr – $22.00/hr. Additional monthly certification bonus incentives may apply.

Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
Conduct unit inspections and move‑in/out processes
Support leasing activities and resident relations
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; experience with affordable communities and Yardi software preferred.
Skills & Certifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws, valid Driver’s License required.
