Operations Leader | Training and Development Professional
Step into an instrumental role with Integrate Wealth Management – a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial LLC.
Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast‑paced, friendly private wealth advisory practice. This position ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice by providing client relationship and general practice management support through the gathering of client data, helping prepare client deliverables and touch points for prospects and clients as needed and in preparation of their meetings.
This role further provides client relationship support by helping prepare preliminary financial plans and other client deliverables, working with advisors as needed, coordinating and tracking business‑as‑usual projects and trades.
This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when performing work activities.
This position may involve ad hoc requests, such as coordination and tracking of projects as needed.
Pay Range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities and time allocation This is a 40‑hour work week, and may include additional duties as assigned by the advisory practice.
Preparation of client and prospect data (‘pre‑meeting prep’)
Documentation of client interaction, contact, and trades in CRM
Money guide implementation and updates
3rd‑party and RiverSource insurance illustrations and reprojections
Morningstar reports
SPS® trading and documentation
Key traits of a successful paraplanner
Direct attention to detail and organization
Effective communication with clients, advisors and staff
Effective and efficient time managementAbility to multi‑task
Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisors and Ameriprise Financial, LLC.
Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the
Positive attitude, sincere willingness to constantly learn, grow and improve process
Education and other designations
College degree or higher
2+ years of similar work experience
Already have or be able to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and state life, accident and health insurance licenses
