junior-level

What You Will Do As a key member of a lean team, you will touch every critical function of the Family Office, giving you a 360-degree view of private wealth.

Financial & Tax Support:

Complete, file, and update financial agreements (loans, leases, investments), and work directly with external tax accountants on complex

tax and gift return preparations .

Estate & Planning:

Assist estate attorneys with

gifting strategies

and other long-term wealth transfer matters.

Cash & Investment Oversight:

Manage

cash flow tracking and projections , coordinate investments with third-party managers, and assist with real estate transaction oversight.

Reporting:

Prepare and enhance

quarterly financial reports

for senior partners and their families across multiple generations.

Discretion & Trust:

Handle sensitive personal tasks, such as bill payments and charitable gift execution, while always maintaining the absolute

highest level of confidentiality .

We're Looking For a Future Leader

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in

Accounting, Finance

or a related discipline (CPA a plus).

Experience: 3 years experience in

Financial Analyst ,

Investment Banking Analyst ,

Junior Accountant ,

Credit Analyst ,

Associate Financial Advisor ,

Paraplanner ,

Junior Auditor , or

Risk Analyst .

Analyst roles

Core Skills:

Proficiency in

Excel

is required; knowledge of QuickBooks is a benefit. Must be detail‑oriented, analytical, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Character is Key:

You must demonstrate

utmost integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion

to handle highly personal and confidential financial information.

Drive:

Strong work ethic and the ability to effectively

manage and prioritize multiple tasks
