January 1, 2026
— and we’re filling POD seats now. This model is built for producers who want predictable lead flow, structured support, and a simplified path to consistent, scalable production.
What You’ll Do This is a fully remote life insurance sales role focused on running pre‑booked, qualified appointments — not chasing prospects.
No cold calling. No recruiting. No buying leads.
Compensation $78,000–$140,000+ per year based on producing $15,000 AP monthly at a 60–80 percent contract level.
You’ll sell a full suite of industry‑leading products, including:
Term Life Insurance
Whole Life (Final Expense, Mortgage Protection)
Indexed Universal Life (IUL)
Living Benefits
Fixed & Indexed Annuities
Retirement & Legacy Planning Solutions
Each POD Includes
One producing agent
One company‑provided Caller/Scheduler
Monthly warm leads assigned directly to your POD
CRM access, scripts, training, and case management support
Streamlined underwriting and application submission guidance

Active Life Insurance License (required)
Recent production history in life insurance or annuity sales
Health license preferred
Experience with annuities, retirement planning, or advanced markets a plus
Professional, dependable, coachable
Salary Range $78,000–$140,000+ Annually
