Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of Powering Prosperity Around the World.
Responsibilities include:
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Work in a virtual, customer-facing environment, using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are Requirements and qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken.
Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and commitment to enhancing Intuit's brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.
What You Need Prerequisites:
Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package for this position, with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this role is:
Bay Area, CA: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern CA: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit also conducts regular pay equity comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
