Controller
to bring structure, consistency, and leadership to our accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong processes, improving reporting, and partnering closely with ownership in a job‑based environment. Key Responsibilities
Own and improve a repeatable month‑end close process Prepare monthly P&Ls and quarterly financial reports Reconcile bank accounts and QuickBooks Online monthly Develop and manage department budgets and cash flow forecasts Oversee AP/AR functions, including AR aging and collections Audit project and employee‑related invoices Maintain vendor files and support vendor negotiations Partner with the CFO and CPA on reporting, tax planning, and year‑end close Help maintain lines of credit, loans, and profit‑share tracking Support risk management and insurance coordination Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills Experience with job‑costing or bid‑based accounting strongly preferred Detail‑oriented, proactive, and process‑driven Pay Range
$90,000.00/yr – $115,000.00/yr Senior Level
