Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analyses of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
Ensure calls on applications generated by leads are made promptly, following company guidelines.
Own and monitor daily inside and outside marketing activities.
Manage sales administration tasks, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the Agency Management System.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Set monthly sales goals approved by leadership and meet them consistently.
Attend sales training and company events as needed.
Mentor and train other team members as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Stay current on market conditions, industry regulations, underwriting guidelines, and insurance product knowledge.
Be goal‑oriented, self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
Support and promote the Bank and Division’s vision, mission, and core values, organizational structure, and policies and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent analysis, observation, and decision‑making skills.
Maintain focus, rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate them, and ensure resources are properly aligned.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining effective relationships with board members, officers, employees, and members of the business and civic community.
Provide compassionate and visible leadership that fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects.
Comply with federal and state regulations and all established Bank and/or Division policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent, plus 5 years of directly applicable experience.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Strong organization and time‑management skills with keen attention to detail.
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and self‑motivation, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, preferred but not required.
Overall proficiency in using technology as a tool to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Must be physically present at the Bank to perform job duties.
Job Type: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities & Commission Pay
