What You’ll Do
Consult with families and individuals to provide customized life insurance solutions
Conduct appointments by phone, Zoom, or in person
Follow up with inbound leads and manage your pipeline
Build long‑term client relationships through education and service
Attend live weekly trainings and development sessions
Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance standards
Manage your own schedule while remaining accountable to performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Active Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong work ethic and desire for personal and financial growth
Confident communicator with professional phone presence
Organized and able to manage time, calendar, and priorities
Comfortable using technology (CRM, Zoom, email, basic computer tools)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Experience in sales, customer service, or the service industry is a plus—but not required.
