Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers in a virtual, customer-facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact via video and audio tools professionally, friendly, confident.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Competitive base pay per location:
Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
