Position Overview
The Pourline Assistant supports the foam manufacturing process by assisting with the preparation, pouring, and monitoring of chemical mixtures on the production line. This role ensures smooth operations, adherence to safety standards, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and mixing chemicals for foam production.
Support the pouring process by monitoring flow and ensuring correct application.
Inspect equipment and work area for cleanliness and safety compliance.
Communicate with operators and supervisors to maintain production efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and handling of chemicals.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing or chemical handling preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of chemical safety procedures.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
