Production Team Leader The Production Team Leader supports the Coating Manager by ensuring daily operations in the Coating department run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standard operating procedures. This role provides hands‑on leadership, assists with training, supports equipment readiness and maintenance, and helps troubleshoot quality and production issues across all AR lab processes.
