Maintenance Mechanic - Night Shift (12 hr)
Hourly rate: $27.16 - $31.62 per hour, based on experience. $1,000 Retention bonus. Location
Cranberry Township, PA 12‑hour shift (6 p.m. – 6 a.m.) on a 2/3/2 pattern. Benefits

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance. Identify and look up parts in MP2 maintenance program. Use hand tools and other required equipment. Troubleshoot independently all types of mechanical equipment, hydraulics, mobile equipment, utilities and basic electrical controls. Repair equipment with little documentation. Provide improvement to preventative maintenance program by creating task lists. Drive root cause analysis and implementation of long term solutions. Use a drill press, band saw, lathe, grinder, test gauges, welding, burning and electrical equipment as needed. Make recommendations and updates to equipment which result in an improvement to technical downtime. Help train maintenance grade 10 employees. Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments regarding work accomplishments and findings. Participate in L1 meetings, perform safety system requirements, log work hours and comments on work orders in MP2 maintenance software. Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Technical degree and/or 5 years’ experience. About the Team
Our Kawneer plant located at Cranberry Township, PA is about 30 minutes north of Pittsburgh, PA. It has a long legacy of manufacturing windows, including the windows for the crown of the Statue of Liberty. Currently we supply commercial windows and aluminum sticks nationwide.
