Alpha is transforming the traditional classroom experience. Our students don't passively absorb lectures—they engage with adaptive learning platforms, advance through material at twice the typical pace, and develop practical life competencies. Your role is to ensure these "3 Promises" are delivered to every learner in your group and to develop our Guides so they can achieve the same outcomes.
You’ll combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, transforming training sessions, metric-focused team rallies, and precise feedback into powerful development experiences. If you have a history of breaking performance barriers, transforming struggling contributors into top performers, or consistently raising the bar beyond "acceptable," we’re looking for you to help us build excellence.

What You Will Be Doing
Coaching and developing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshop programming with exceptional quality

Compromising on expectations – when our success standard is 100%, your responsibility is upholding that threshold
Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, interactive, high-impact professional development
