Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm with potential shift change later.
Work hours include overtime, on‑call rotation, call‑out availability, and straight days.
Hourly pay: $40.76.

A Day in the Life:
The Plant Electrician is responsible for electrical maintenance of Bunge’s soybean processing facility. The role requires active participation in Bunge’s employee safety policy, maintaining a safe work environment, and demonstrating a commitment to safe food production and food safety culture. The electrician ensures compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and continually improves the site’s food safety management system.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Read and understand ladder logic – troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logix Control (PLC) (Allen‑Bradley) systems.
Follow, interpret, and read blueprints and schematics.
Calibrate and troubleshoot process instrumentation.
Wire 3‑wire start/stop motor circuits.
Configure CMC hazard monitoring points.
Troubleshoot and repair MOVs.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair of circuits up to 4160 VAC.
Perform general electrician tasks such as running conduit, sizing, and pulling wires.
Inspect for conformity to industry standards or specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair variable frequency drives (VFD) and AC/DC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical components of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic industrial equipment.
Maintain electrical switchgear.
Lay out and install conduit.
Working knowledge of thermography.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Working knowledge of thermography.
TWIC card or ability to obtain a TWIC card.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of industrial electrical experience.
Associate degree and/or technical certification.
PLC experience.
HVAC experience.
