Position Summary Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Technical Integration Lead supporting the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) at Camp Bullis, in San Antonio, TX. This is a full‑time on‑site position.

What You’ll Do

Lead the JBSA MTC Technical Integration Section in accordance with IAW task order requirements during standard operating hours.

Manage and coordinate all training environment technical systems, networking, exercise design, and required operational support.

Coordinate with MTC government counterparts to support functions that enable and deliver mission command training to JBSA MTC customers.

Directly coordinate IT requirements with the Network Engineer and Training Support Lead for JBSA MTC training events and facility operations.

Responsible for all assigned PWS deliverables, including the quality of the deliverables and services provided.

Report to the JBSA MTC Site Lead and support administrative tasks such as required reporting, training and providing information to the Site Lead or JBSA government representatives.

Provide leadership and guidance to assigned personnel which include a Database Manager, Computer Systems Analysts, and End‑to‑End Systems Engineers.

Perform Section Lead duties outside of standard operation hours when required.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimal travel may be required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in Information Technology or related discipline or, three (3) years of additional experience integrating training environments, planning architectures, and stimulation of Army C2IS in support of unit training events and distributed exercises.

DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) level I certification (minimum) (e.g., CompTIA Security+ with Computing Environment (CE) certifications).

Background of at least eight (8) years’ experience with military training and training support.

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience or equivalence in integrating training environments, planning architectures, and stimulation of Army MCIS in support of unit training events and distributed exercises.

Experience in technical support and training requirements at brigade or higher level.

Must have subject matter expertise level knowledge of virtual training simulators, and constructive simulations experience.

United States Citizen.

Active Secret security clearance.

Desired Qualifications

Graduate of US Army Command and General Staff Officer Course, Senior Leader Course, or higher.

Military service with experience in areas like those listed under required qualifications.

Familiarity with US Army training, operations, and Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) and C2IS.

Project Management experience coordinating, implementing, budgeting, and obsolescence planning.

Familiarity with inventory management and software license tracking.

Experience in identifying hardware and software requirements, and the purchasing process.
