Summary RNDC is seeking a collaborative, analytical, and professional State Sales Finance Analyst to support its field‑based Sales Finance function. The role involves supplier relations, analysis of business results versus contractual obligations, and key financial stewardship.
In this role, you will
Conduct ROI analysis of sales programs.
Ensure successful business workflows, standard of operations, reporting, technology solutions, and appropriate record‑keeping for compliance.
Assist leadership in achieving goals and budgets in partnership with sales line management.
Perform key analysis on supplier accounts receivable, including gross profit analysis, fund analysis, data quality, costing, federal compliance, and supply‑chain management.
Compile and provide variance analysis and business insight on performance; research variances on financial statements and initiate correcting journal entries.
Maintain, validate, and distribute all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); create, maintain, and distribute key periodic reports including dashboards, daily top‑line, master planning, and daily financials.
Anticipate problems, develop solutions, and plan accordingly; troubleshoot financial issues with line management.
Analyze profitability and ROI of supplier incentives, ensuring financial compliance of supplier contracts and proper bill‑back percentages.
What you bring to RNDC
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university preferred; four or more years of related analyst experience, preferably three or more years in an accounting or financial, economics, or business environment within an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
