Responsibilities
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5‑Star service.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Work both independently and on a team renting self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Perform daily property maintenance: cleaning, lock checks, mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, cleaning units, etc., ensuring facility meets company guidelines.
Qualifications
Positive and outgoing personality with passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
Must have ability to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; insurance required.
Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on ladder; some locations may require Sunday hours.
