Role Overview This position will join the GHG Power team in the Permian Basin to develop and sustain power operation procedures, cost and scheduling tools, and enable field activities throughout the power infrastructure lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and sustain Power Operation procedures, cost and scheduling tools for maintenance and construction activities.
Interface with internal (Engineering Management) and external (3rd‑party utilities, power line crews) resources to ensure efficient and effective Power Operations.
Provide insights, ask questions, and support scope, execution plan, cost and schedule of Power maintenance and construction activities.
Apply planning logic (lead, lag, critical path, milestones) and demonstrate leadership skills in work‑team meetings to remove barriers, steward action items, and manage cost profiles.
Support maintenance or construction job plans with Scheduler, Execution Lead, and Operations across all disciplines.
Identify and monitor critical and sub‑critical paths for major events.
Skills and Qualifications
Engineering degree.
5+ years of maintenance planning or project execution experience.
Experience with ExxonMobil operations or projects strongly desired.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
Willingness to relocate domestically or internationally (not required but preferred).
Ability to lead and work with a global, multinational workforce.
Strong organizational, coordination, and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
