Our team is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Employment Law practice. You will represent employers in sensitive workplace matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour claims, and more.
Base Pay Range $120,000 – $160,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage & hour claims, and contract disputes
Handle representative and class actions (e.g., PAGA) under supervision
Provide counseling to clients on employment issues such as classification, contractor analyses, leaves of absence, policies, discipline, contracts, investigations, compliance audits, and business‑minded advice
Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff on case strategy
Participate in mediation, settlement negotiations, and, when needed, trial or hearing preparation
Stay current on employment laws and communicate updates to clients and internally
Qualifications & Skills
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
2–5 years of substantive experience in employment law or complex litigation
Experience defending employers in employment‑related matters
Comfortable handling representative or class claims (or willing to develop skills)
Strong drafting, writing, analytical, and research skills
Excellent client‑facing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize tasks
Sound practical judgment with a business‑oriented mindset
Ready to assist in business development activities
Admission to the state bar (or ability to gain admission) where the role is based
Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, WARN, wage & hour laws, and current legal trends
