Encompass Health The Administrative Supervisor provides assistance and support to the hospital CEO. Additionally, this position assists other hospital senior managers on projects as needed. The role supervises front desk personnel and supports cultural diversity by ensuring the delivery of quality, equitable, and culturally competent patient‑centered care; promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity; and ensuring that cultural diversity and sensitivity training is part of new employee orientation and ongoing training to meet the needs of the patient population served in the hospital.
