Staffmark is recruiting on behalf of our client for a production supervisor who knows how to run a shift and keep the team safe and moving. This is a direct‑hire position, and if selected, you will be employed directly with the client starting Day 1!
What you’ll do:
Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Assign tasks and manage work schedules for production team members.
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to meet production goals.
Train, coach, and support team members on procedures and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance or engineering as needed.
Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance logs.
Collaborate with warehouse, quality, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations.
Lead pre‑shift meetings and communicate production expectations clearly.
Promote a positive and respectful work environment focused on teamwork and accountability.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred
8+ years of experience in roll forming or metal fabrication
Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of roll‑form machinery, setups, and tooling adjustments
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ERP/MRP systems is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs. and work safely in an industrial environment with required PPE
