One of the nation's leading General Contractors is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to support high-profile federal construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on quality professional who understands federal standards and thrives in fast‑paced, federal project environments.

What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the on-site Quality Control Manager for federal construction projects
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with federal requirements
Ensure all work meets contract documents, plans, specifications, and applicable codes
Coordinate and lead preparatory meetings, initial inspections, and follow‑up inspections
Manage inspections, testing, and documentation in accordance with project requirements
Interface with government representatives, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Track deficiencies, oversee corrective actions, and ensure closeout of punch items
Collaborate closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors to drive quality proactively
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects
Experience on projects for USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, VA, or GSA strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and federal contract requirements
Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills
Travel / Relocation
Travel or relocation to project sites is required
