– Contract to Perm in Austin, Texas. Austin, TX $92,213.00–$250,000.00 We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team. You will manage databases, generate compliance reports, and ensure data accuracy, supporting dashboards and decision‑making tools. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Access databases to ensure proper functionality and data integrity. Develop detailed compliance reports using Power BI, Excel, and specialized tools. Collaborate with the technology team to configure and optimize automation systems. Lead data collection efforts for field reporting and act as a project manager for related initiatives. Conduct training sessions to familiarize stakeholders with system functionalities and reporting tools. Create dashboards to monitor compliance standards and identify areas needing corrective actions. Perform regular audits on databases to maintain data accuracy and reliability. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, environmental science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with databases and reporting systems. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, and Access for developing reports. Proven ability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources and transform them into actionable insights. Skilled in creating dashboards and manipulating data for business intelligence purposes. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with compliance standards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
