Job Description As a Guest Service Host, you will greet guests with an authentic smile, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, answer inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure a positive and memorable stay.
Responsibilities
Assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and local area queries.
Address guest feedback and special requests promptly.
Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
Maintain the front desk area, stand for long periods, lift luggage, and move around the desk as needed.
Multitask, prioritize guest needs, and adapt to changing situations with a positive mindset.
Qualifications
Previous guest service experience preferred.
Proficiency with hotel management software and tools.
Strong interpersonal skills; caring, compassionate, respectful.
Ability to perform physical aspects of the role, including standing, lifting, and moving around the front desk.
Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
Compensation Salary: $20.30 – $21 per hour.
Seniority Level Entry level.
Employment Type Part‑time.
