Location US – Charlotte or Magnera Operating location (On-site Expectation)
Salary Base Salary: $128,500.00 – $238,600.00 (Charlotte, NC)
Responsibilities Quality Systems Management
Refine and maintain QMS aligned with ISO 9001, customer, and company requirements.
Define standardized processes across manufacturing sites for global consistency and compliance.
Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure well-defined, integrated global processes.
Embed QMS into core business processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Auditing & Compliance
Support internal and external audits and certifications across global locations.
Prepare detailed audit reports, track findings, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
Act as liaison for customer and certification audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Own and manage the CAPA process for Magnera globally.
Maintain CAPA dashboards and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
Facilitate root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions for global processes.
Quality Software & Documentation
Administer, optimize and expand global quality management software for document control, audits, CAPA, reporting, etc.
Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation of procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
Implement electronic workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
Metrics & Reporting
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility of global quality performance.
Coordinate Global Quality Management Process and System Reviews; provide insight for improvements.
Supplier Quality Management
Oversee supplier quality management processes (qualification, audits, and ongoing performance monitoring) across global supply chains.
Drive supplier corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve reliability.
Develop supplier scorecards and performance metrics to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Program Management
Lead global quality initiatives and improvement projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions to deliver on quality objectives.
Prepare communications and updates on Quality Initiatives for leadership and stakeholders.
Training & Development
Develop, coordinate and deliver QMS, ISO compliance, and CAPA training to employees and suppliers.
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Other
Travel: up to approximately 25%
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
B.S. degree in engineering, science, business, or related field.
5+ years in Quality roles and 3+ years in corporate/functional system responsibilities.
Quality management experience in manufacturing facility.
Expertise in QMS, ISO 9001, and quality requirements.
Advanced CAPA management and root cause analysis skills.
Strong auditing experience across multi-site operations.
Proficiency in quality management software and data analytics tools.
Program management experience with ability to lead complex, global initiatives.
Supplier quality management expertise, including qualification and performance improvement.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Multiple language proficiency a plus (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
