Silk Road's menu features a variety of meticulously crafted dim sum, including steamed, baked, and fried options, as well as innovative Asian tapas and a selection of handcrafted cocktails. Key Responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager Silk Road include:
Staff Management: Overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Operational Oversight: Coordinating daily operations, including setting work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

A minimum of 2 years in restaurant management within a high-volume setting is often preferred
Strong abilities in team development, motivation, and conflict resolution are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with staff and customers.
Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to safety standards is important.
Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is typically required.
