Helmed by Chef Thawatchai Insingha, who brings over two decades of expertise, the restaurant offers an authentic Asian tapas and dim sum experience. Silk Road's menu features a variety of meticulously crafted dim sum, including steamed, baked, and fried options, as well as innovative Asian tapas and a selection of handcrafted cocktails. Notable dishes include crispy shrimp cheung fun, har gow, and chasiu bao.

Key Responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager Silk Road include:

Staff Management: Overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Operational Oversight: Coordinating daily operations, including setting work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We are Looking for in a Restaurant Manager Silk Road include:

A minimum of 2 years in restaurant management within a high-volume setting is often preferred

Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is typically required.
