Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the public image and brand visibility of our organization. As a Public Relations Associate, you will work closely with the Public Relations Manager to develop and execute effective communication strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns
Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials
Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers
Monitor media coverage and track public perception of the organization
Coordinate and assist with the planning of PR events, including press conferences and promotional events
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitor activities
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Proficiency in media monitoring tools and social media platforms
