SUMMARY OF ROLE The is a hands-on operator responsible for leveraging AI and automation to optimize fund operations and portfolio analytics. This role combines technical fluency with investment operations expertise to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-Enabled Fund Operations: Implement automation and intelligence in workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Analytics, KPIs & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track fund performance and operational metrics.
Systems Integration & Automation: Connect and streamline financial systems, ensuring data integrity and process consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with investment, finance, and technology teams to deliver operational excellence.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5–8+ years in investment operations, analytics, or financial systems
Experience with alternative investments or portfolio analytics preferred
Strong analytical and technical fluency (Python, SQL, BI tools a plus)
Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions
