Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute tradeshows and experiential events that elevate Delta’s brand presence and drive business objectives. Manage booth design, vendor coordination, and onsite operations for seamless execution. Onsite Brand Activation: Deliver immersive experiences using trendy display formats, gamification, and interactive technologies. Apply exhibition design principles to optimize visitor flow and engagement. Showroom & Experience Design: Lead showroom upgrades integrating advanced technologies and sustainability focused design. Integrated Marketing Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing teams to develop event promotion strategies leveraging social media, email campaigns, and SEO. Align event strategies with sales and product teams to create tailored collateral and activation plans. Performance Analysis: Monitor event KPIs, analyze ROI, and recommend improvements for future activities. Use data-driven insights to enhance engagement and lead generation. Minimum Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in tradeshow and event management with a proven track record of successful execution. Expertise in planning and delivering events within high-tech or manufacturing sectors, particularly in B2B contexts. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines. Demonstrated ability to lead showroom upgrades or similar initiatives to enhance customer experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools, event performance analytics, and digital marketing strategies. Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in planning and scaling complex, multi-faceted trade shows and events.
