Overview
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a few "sports minded" individuals who are self‑motivated and eager to prove themselves in a career‑launching opportunity as a General Manager for our Cartersville, GA retail store.
A Team Leasing promotes from within based on performance, not seniority.
This role offers experience in customer deliveries, sales, customer service, collections, inventory control, and marketing.
You will be reviewed twice a year and have opportunities for raises during your review and upon promotion.
We also offer monthly bonuses based on individual and store performance, a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits program, and a 401(k) with a matching contribution.
Responsibilities
Learn and drive the business from the ground floor up.
Manage customer deliveries, sales, and customer service.
Handle collections, inventory control, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Successful leadership experience is a must.
Some college education is helpful.
