Seeking an experienced, mission‑driven leader to supervise our Adolescent Residential team. This role supports youth in a substance use treatment setting, ensuring quality care, compliance, and program sustainability.
Your Role in Our Mission
Lead the 24‑hour treatment team in Greenville, NC.
Oversee compliance, team training, budget monitoring, and administrative policies.
Provide site and direct supervision to 12 staff members, fostering growth, consistency, and financial viability.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Starting from $50,000 based on experience.
Full‑time Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm (40 hrs/week) with evening and weekend duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field (preferred); substance use experience a plus.
Meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) criteria.
CADAC certification preferred.
Minimum three years of supervisory experience; adolescent substance use preferred.
Valid state‑appropriate driver’s license and experience with auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles.
