Responsibilities
Conduct in-process, final, and first-article inspections; document results accurately.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and inspection plans.
Develop and program CMM inspections; validate inspection data before release.
Identify nonconformances and support corrective actions.
Communicate results to manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
Support continuous improvement and maintain organized, 5S-aligned inspection areas.
Train and standardize inspection processes as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with precision measuring tools and CMM operation.
Strong blueprint reading, GD&T knowledge, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience inspecting precision-machined components and performing FAIs.
CMM programming and inspection software experience.
Experience with prototype and new part introduction.
