Base pay range:

Develop dynamic, driver‑based financial models. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning efforts. Build and enhance board presentation materials and reporting packages. Implement and optimize Power BI dashboards and automation initiatives. Conduct cash flow forecasting and variance analysis. Partner cross‑functionally with business leaders to inform financial decisions. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes. Contribute to strategic planning, investment analysis, and performance metrics. Qualifications
CPA or MBA (required). 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, Big 4 public accounting, investment banking, corporate development/M&A, and/or private equity finance. Technology skills including expert Excel modeling, BI tools, dashboard/visualization tools, FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful, etc.) and SQL is a plus. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Confident communication skills with executive presence. Highly coachable, self‑motivated, and energetic approach. Polished presentation skills with an eye for detail. Passion about building, improving, and making a real impact. Track record of job stability and career progression.
