Responsibilities:
Oversee the food and beverage outlets within the hotel.
Schedule, forecast, and train staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and all corporate standards.
Maintain strong communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
Support colleagues and present an excellent presence for guests.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Manager preferred.
Prior hotel experience preferred.
