Overview Currently seeking a dedicated and driven Account Executive to expand our network of medical providers and maintain current relationships.

About the Role The Business Development - Medical Provider opportunity will play a key role in growing and sustaining the network of medical providers. This position involves developing new provider relationships, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring a seamless collaboration between providers and the legal teams we support. As we expand within South Carolina, this position will also assist in researching new markets, identifying potential providers, and remotely coordinating meetings to establish partnerships and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and has a strong understanding of both the personal injury and medical industries.

Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and onboard new medical providers to expand the company’s network across South Carolina and into new states as part of our planned multi-state expansion.

Market Research: Conduct research on healthcare provider networks in other states to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth.

Remote Planning and Outreach: Plan and coordinate virtual meetings with potential providers in new markets to establish relationships and communicate partnership benefits.

Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.

Provider Onboarding: Guide new providers through the onboarding process, ensuring a clear understanding of the partnership and our coordination processes.

Contract Negotiations: Engage in contract negotiations with medical providers to establish mutually beneficial agreements. This includes discussing service terms, fee structures, and expectations to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives and the needs of personal injury attorneys and their clients. The Account Executive must be adept at balancing relationship-building with achieving favorable terms and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster trust and transparency are critical in this role.

Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market dynamics to refine approaches and strategies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, agreements, and performance metrics in CRM systems.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or legal industries. Personal injury sector preferably!

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with medical provider networks and or personal injury legal cases is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in remote and cross-state environments.
