Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr
Hourly Wage The actual hourly rate will be $20.00 – $33.00 per hour, equal to or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation
Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums up to $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
