role at Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios.
Join us to build the future of entertainment. We’re seeking an innovative Creative Director to shape the artistic and emotional standards for Amazon’s AI‑enabled dubbing platform. You will define the creative vision, lead cross‑functional teams, oversee quality and ethical guidelines, and drive global expansion of AI‑driven dubbing solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities
Set the bar for creative vision & strategy: establish direction for AI‑assisted dubbing, ensuring AI‑generated voiceovers preserve emotional nuance, tone, and cultural context.
Enable AI‑human collaboration: design hybrid workflows where AI performs initial dubbing and human talent refines delivery, timing, and emotional depth.
Ensure compliance to high quality standards: meet Prime Video’s customer benchmarks (clarity, synchronization, cultural sensitivity) through rigorous testing and feedback loops.
Lead global expansion & innovation: identify opportunities and set up workflows to expand AI dubbing to new languages and content types.
Partner cross‑functionally: collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align technology with viewer experience goals, and champion thought leadership through industry talks and white papers.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years in creative direction, preferably in film/TV dubbing, localization, or AI‑driven media.
Proven track record of merging technology with artistic storytelling.
Familiarity with post‑production pipelines and collaboration tools such as ProTools and AI platforms (e.g., Deepdub, ElevenLabs).
Fluency in English and Latin American Spanish (ES‑419) and expertise in cross‑cultural narrative adaptation.
Ability to navigate diverse audience expectations while maintaining universal emotional resonance.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience guiding technical and creative teams toward shared goals.
Experience building or scaling in‑house creative talent development programs, including training, mentorship, or up‑skilling initiatives for AI dubbing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on experience deploying advanced AI tools (real‑time neural TTS, dynamic emotional adaptation algorithms, generative voice cloning).
Industry authority with published papers, patents, or keynote speeches on AI’s role in storytelling or dubbing ethics.
Expertise in dubbing niche formats (anime, documentaries, VR/AR content) or historical/fictional dialects.
Experience leading decentralized, multilingual creative teams across multiple time zones.
Ability to leverage dubbing performance data (viewer retention, lip‑sync accuracy metrics) to iterate on AI models and creative decisions.
