Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly; give correct monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings and private homes.
Deliver pizza and promotional materials to customers; drive within the designated delivery area.
Qualifications
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have a clean, valid driving record and safe driving habits.
Demonstrate effective navigation skills.
Additional Requirements
Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, carrying up to 50 lb, lifting, pushing, and navigating stairs.
Deliver pizzas and operate equipment in varying temperatures (36 °F to 90 °F+); be comfortable with exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces.
Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Have a positive attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
