Family Law Attorney – Hybrid Role | Downtown Phoenix A well-established law firm located in Downtown Phoenix is looking to add a skilled and driven Family Law Attorney to our team. This is a full-time hybrid position (39 hours per week) offering a collaborative and supportive work environment rooted in professionalism and work‑life balance. Our firm promotes a team-first, client-centered approach in a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere where quality legal service and positive workplace culture go hand-in-hand.

Hybrid Work Model: In-office 3 days weekly, remote 2 days weekly.

Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM; Fridays, 8 AM–3 PM.

Remote Work: Flexible hours; all software and hardware provided for work from home.

Role & Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters involving domestic relations. You must be comfortable handling cases independently while also collaborating with other members of the firm. The core responsibilities include:

Client Interaction and Case Intake.

Legal Research and Case Analysis.

Drafting and Filing Legal Documents.

Negotiation and Settlement.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Family Law experience (more preferred)

Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona

Strong courtroom presence and confidence in client interactions

Ability to clearly communicate your skills and value to potential clients

Compensation

Competitive salary plus monthly performance-based bonus, based on experience. $110k to $140k starting salary, plus bonus.

Paid holidays match Court Holidays, and others at firm discretion.

Salary and/or Bonus Review after one (1) year.
