Job Details One of South West Florida's most respected law firms is seeking a Tort & Insurance Associate Attorney to join its Fort Myers office.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of insurance litigation experience and a strong background in tort law.
This role involves a wide range of litigation responsibilities, including
Drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions
Evaluating cases and developing litigation strategies
Responding to discovery requests
Preparing and arguing motions in court
Attending hearings, depositions, and mediations
Meeting with clients and negotiating settlements
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience
Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
Strong work ethic and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
