About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with a well-regarded organization in the Washington, DC area to find a skilled Human Resources Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive HR team in a hybrid work environment.

Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department by managing internal and external HR inquiries, assisting with recruitment, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to employee and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance

Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels

Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure compliance with employment requirements

Support managers in performance management and review processes

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
