Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Support Professional, based in Cincinnati, OH, with some opportunities for remote work. The professional will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living activities, implementing personalized care plans, and fostering independence. Responsibilities include providing training, facilitating communication, and building meaningful relationships to enhance clients’ overall well‑being.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Services or supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
Experience in offering Training and educational assistance
Compassion, patience, and a client-focused approach
Ability to manage both in-person and remote responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for job-related travel
