Summary This person will be expected to be a highly motivated, goal-driven recruiter to join our global organization that is growing by the day, backed by our top-notch TA industry training experts. Primary Responsibilities

Hire for a variety of roles including sales people, recruiters, leadership, and corporate positions within different departments

Manage full lifecycle recruiting: create position descriptions, source candidates, screen candidates, advise hiring managers on hire decisions, and negotiate offers

Source quality candidates both hard skills and soft skills that meet the Dexian culture

Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify candidates through various recruiting tools

Maintain outstanding candidate pipeline and network, staying up to date with industry trends and conducting local market research

Meet KPI/Scorecards of a minimum of 6+ hires a month

Fill positions within 30, 60, or 90 days depending on job complexity

Ensure data integrity and ATS accuracy for EEOC compliance purposes

Explore beyond direct applications by leveraging search engines, career sites, events, and innovative tools to find the best product & design talent

Advise leadership on market trends and improve talent acquisition strategies

Provide information about Dexian and the job opportunity to candidates, promoting benefits and career growth

Coordinate and assist in scheduling candidate interviews and assessments

Initiate and maintain ATS candidate/prospect information and recruiting activity records

Manage own workflow and resolve questions and problems with hiring managers

Communicate effectively and stay organized

Support recruiting-specific compliance efforts (EEO and affirmative action)

Produce periodic recruiting reports

Attend job fairs as needed

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

5-8+ years of deep sourcing/recruiting experience for passive candidates

5-8+ years of recruiting with direct hiring manager contact and partnership

Strong sales recruiting background for mid to executive level

Full‑cycle recruitment experience

Show experience with ATS – preferably Bullhorn

Focused on building a pipeline

Strong recruitment consultant skills with hiring managers

White‑glove service with hiring managers and candidates

Independent and self‑starter who leads change and works on projects beyond core role
