Responsibilities
Learn Enterprise business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
Exceed in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a culture of friendly competition and customer focus.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 1 year of experience within the last 6 years in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.
Valid driver’s license.
Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required.
Satisfactory background check including driving record (no DUI/DWI, ≤2 moving violations in last 3 years).

Competitive first‑year compensation $60,194 (up to $64,000 with performance and bonuses).
Paid time off starting at 17 days per year.
