Role Description
Rena Manufacturing One, Inc. is seeking a dynamic
Senior Vice President of Marketing
to oversee white‑label and OEM brand management for our growing nicotine pouch manufacturing business. This role bridges client relations, brand strategy, and marketing execution—ensuring Rena delivers exceptional service and consistent brand quality to domestic and international partners. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and doer: confident in managing B2B accounts, brand identities, marketing assets, and cross‑functional communication between Rena’s operations, production, and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary liaison between Rena and white label/OEM customers, managing all aspects of client accounts from onboarding through production.
Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships by delivering timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with Rena’s products and services.
Coordinate production schedules, order forecasts, and delivery timelines with internal operations teams.
Develop client proposals, quotations, and presentations that reflect brand standards and business goals.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Oversee brand management initiatives for Rena and its white‑label clients, ensuring all packaging, creative assets, and marketing materials align with regulatory and brand guidelines.
Lead development of product packaging concepts, digital content, and sales collateral for B2B and OEM accounts.
Partner with design teams to ensure accurate brand representation across all channels (digital, print, trade shows, etc.).
Manage social media presence, website updates, and digital campaigns that reflect Rena’s innovation and manufacturing excellence.
Business Development Support
Identify new OEM opportunities and assist leadership in prospecting, proposals, and partnership negotiations.
Conduct market research to track competitor trends, pricing, and emerging product opportunities within the nicotine, CPG, and wellness sectors.
Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams on product innovation aligned with customer needs.
Data, Reporting & Performance
Maintain client account dashboards, sales trackers, and marketing ROI reports.
Present regular updates to executive leadership summarizing account performance, marketing initiatives, and pipeline opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum
5+ years’ experience
in account management, marketing, or brand management within
white‑label, OEM, or CPG manufacturing
environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex project timelines.
Strong understanding of packaging, labeling, and brand identity development.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Adobe, or similar platforms).
Experience coordinating between technical and creative teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in FDA‑regulated or GMP manufacturing environments (nicotine, food, supplement, or pharma).
Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a ground‑zero, build‑from‑scratch startup culture.
