Job Description As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.

You'll collaborate closely with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance and proactively resolve challenges. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make an impact through both technical execution and client partnership.

The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on light industrial or commercial builds. They excel in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management, and bring strong communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is preferred. A proactive mindset and ability to deliver projects that balance innovation with client satisfaction are essential.
