The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Master Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast‑paced industry located at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata. The Automotive Master Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The position builds customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintain an organized work area.
Perform other duties assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
Automotive Service Technician experience.
ASE certification desirable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Age 18+ to comply with company driving policy.
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local and state law.
