Senior Bridge Engineer Manager - FL Locations or Remote Options

Responsibilities
Work on multiple projects, meet schedules and budgetary requirements.
Perform complete bridge design of major and minor bridges.
Perform Bridge Load Ratings.
Manage and direct Jr. Engineers and CADD designers.
Apply AASHTO requirements and, preferably, FDOT requirements.
Communicate effectively with contractors regarding construction work.
Engage in business development, project pursuits, and preparation of proposals.
Position Qualifications & Experience
Strong technical skills with previous project application evidence.
Use sound engineering judgment to produce accurate calculations.
Minimum 10 years of related experience.
Experience in structural design of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and prestressed concrete bridges.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
Project management skills including client contact and relationship development.
Education/Registration Requirement
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
Professional Engineer License in Florida or the ability to attain one.
